Support, Service & Care: Why This Matters in Every Journey
Right now, I’m writing this from the Travel Leaders Network EDGE Conference—surrounded by some of the biggest names in travel, and more importantly, some of the most forward-thinking partners when it comes to accessibility, inclusion, and care.
This isn’t just another conference for me. It’s an opportunity to strengthen the promise I make to every client: that your travel experience will be supported, thoughtful, and built around your real-life needs.
Building Relationships That Matter
Over the past few days, I’ve had the opportunity to connect directly with partners like Viking, Sandals & Beaches Resorts, United Airlines, and BedsOnline. These aren’t just business cards in a stack—these are real relationships.
And what makes that important?
It means when I say I can advocate for your family, I truly can. I’m not calling a generic customer service line—I’m reaching out to people I know, people who understand the importance of accessibility, sensory awareness, and individualized care.
Many of these partners are leading the way in autism-friendly travel, creating environments that are more predictable, more comfortable, and more welcoming for neurodiverse travelers.
Expanding Accessibility on the Ground
Travel isn’t just about flights and hotels—it’s about every step in between.
That’s why I’ve been actively reaching out to car rental companies that go beyond standard options. I’m working to secure access to:
Wheelchair-accessible transportation
Vehicles equipped with hand controls for independent driving
Because independence matters. Comfort matters. And having the right equipment available can make or break a trip.
Thinking Globally: Accessible Travel Abroad
If international travel feels overwhelming, you’re not alone—but it doesn’t have to be.
I’ve been in conversations with CIE Tours and Internova about accessibility and inclusivity for travelers heading abroad. These discussions focus on creating experiences that are not only accessible—but genuinely welcoming.
Because accessibility isn’t just about meeting requirements. It’s about feeling seen, respected, and comfortable in a new place.
Travel Should Feel Good
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
Travel should be relaxing. Travel should be educational. Travel should be as stress-free as possible.
That looks different for every family—and that’s exactly why personalized planning matters.
Whether you’re navigating mobility needs, sensory sensitivities, medical considerations, or traveling with a service animal, your experience deserves to be seamless.
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
My role goes far beyond booking a trip.
I’m here to:
Advocate for your needs
Coordinate the right partners
Anticipate challenges before they happen
Ensure your entire family can travel together comfortably
Yes—your entire family. That absolutely includes your service animal.
Because no one should have to stay behind.
Let’s Make Travel Possible—Together
If you’ve been putting off a trip because it feels too complicated, too uncertain, or too overwhelming—I get it.
But that’s exactly where I come in.
Let’s start the conversation. Let’s build a plan that works for your family, your needs, and your comfort level.
Because travel isn’t just about where you go.
It’s about how you feel while you’re there.
And you deserve to feel supported every step of the way.
