Reservations & Payments

A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee based on the total trip cost. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Changes & Transfers

Name changes or transfers may be permitted at the discretion of Limitless Travel, LLC. Additional fees may apply. Payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Trip Cancellation by Company

Limitless Travel, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Responsibility

Limitless Travel, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party vendors.

Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Reasonable substitutions may be made without prior notice.
