Planning, Booking & Itinerary Changes
At Limitless Travel, I believe in making travel planning as Straightforward, Transparent, and Affordable as possible.
Booking Fees: I generally do not charge an additional booking fee for supplier reservations, as I receive commissions from participating travel suppliers. Airline tickets are subject to a $20 service fee per ticket.
Itinerary Changes: I understand that travel plans evolve. Sometimes details are forgotten during our initial conversations, preferences change, or new needs arise. Minor adjustments and clarifications are a normal part of the planning process.
However, substantial changes made after the initial consultation or agreed-upon trip requirements may require additional research and planning time. Examples include:

Adding or removing travelers

Changing destinations, travel dates, or major itinerary components

Introducing new dietary, lodging, transportation, or airline requirements

Requesting significant changes to accommodations, activities, or transportation after options have been researched or presented

Repeatedly revising previously agreed-upon travel preferences
When a request requires significant additional work, an additional planning or revision fee may apply. I will explain the proposed fee and obtain your approval before beginning any billable revisions.
My goal is always to accommodate your needs while respecting both your travel budget and the professional time required to create a thoughtful, well-researched itinerary.
Accessibility accommodations: I recognize that accessibility and disability-related needs are essential travel requirements, not optional extras. I encourage clients to share these needs as early as possible so they can be incorporated into the initial research. Any additional fee would be based on the extent of new planning work required, not on a traveler's disability or need for accommodations.
